Privacy policy pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/ 03
Under Article. 13 of Legislative Decree. no. 196/03 (hereinafter also referred to as the “Code”), we inform you that the personal information you provide, including any web-browsing information, will be processed in compliance with the privacy safeguards and security measures required by current regulations using computerised, electronic and manual means and strictly in accordance with the purposes of the processing.
This notice also takes into account the recommendations and regulations issued at a European level (Recommendation no. 2/2001 and Directive no. 95/46/EC).
During normal operation, the computer and telematic systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some data (e.g. date and time of access, pages visited, name of the Internet Service Provider, the Internet Protocol address (IP), the Internet address from which the connection is made, etc.) whose transmission is implicit in the use of web communication protocols or useful for better management and optimisation of the data and e-mail transmission system. This data is only used to obtain anonymous statistical information on usage of the website and to check its correct functioning. It is kept in an anonymous form throughout the period of activity of the site. The data can also be used to determine responsibility in case of cybercrimes committed against the site.
We also inform you that the pages on the website may contain links to websites of other parties or to advertisements, in agreement with third parties, which are not covered by the personal data security procedure used by WasteandChemicals S.r.l.

Pursuant to the same article, data subjects have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law. In all legitimate circumstances, they may oppose the processing of data.

Purpose of the processing
The data is used for purposes that are:
- strictly connected with and necessary for browsing the www.wasteandchemicals.eu website;
- related to the fulfilment of obligations laid down by EC and national legislation, the protection of public order or the investigation and prosecution of offences.
The personal information you provide when requesting the sending of informative material (brochures, CD-ROMs, printed newsletters, etc.) is used to perform the service requested only and shall be communicated to third parties only if necessary for that purpose (printing, duplication, delivery service, etc.).
